Steve, Ref your slow fills - who are you using for quotes and are they live quotes or delayed? And who are you using for a broker? Assuming you are using live quotes there is just know way of knowing where the problem is - with a broker that must go through several layers to get you quote out, to the floor broker that then takes it to the trader or to a trader that is running behind due to large volume in that stock or in others that he is handling. It just doesn't make sense that if he is filling orders at a price that he would for some reason pick yours not to fill. JMO jb
