Your welcome Fredie. It is up to the newsservice although I have been critical of Morgan Walke as I believe it is their job to use their influence to get it out. As they told me today, it is difficult to get a price upgrade as opposed to an actual upgrade (ie a buy to a strong buy ) or new coverage out on the Dow, particularly for a small coverage. It sure would have been nice to see it on the Dow and had a close over 10. perhaps tomorrow.
