Looking at many of the ones you've mentioned, but not land and not shallow water. With deep water and service at or approaching bargain basement prices, why mess around with anything else? CXIPY is coming back on the radar -- watching with a hand close to the button and will look for sub-30, but may have to buy higher. Same for VTS sub-12. The safest bets are RIG and RON -- and I'm not sure they will get much cheaper. If they do, I like them a lot at around 24 and a fraction. I like your picks EVER and PETD. EVER is in buy territory, but very risky short term due to weakness it's been showing, so I'll wait on that one. PETD first at 3 1/4 (maybe 5/16) then sub-3 look to be entries. I am not convinced tomorrow is the start of a major run (I'll be happy if it is, though).
