I'll get back to you on specific references, but eclogitic garnets do not have sufficient Cr to make it into the J fields.

Also, the percentage of G10 to G9 is not nearly as significant as the quality of the chemistry. The Dawson plot uses a statistical 85% line, meaning 15% of lherzilitic pyropes plot as G10s and may have not even seen the diamond stability field. J10s on the other hand have come from the diamond stability field. Big difference if you're looking for diamonds.
