Hey, Brian, I think you should look at BFLY, here's why....

BFLY is my FAVORITE i-net company. And before I give you my reasons for investing it them, let me first say that they are are startup and is a VERY RISKY investment.

That said, here are my reasons.

1. BFLY is the leading discount brand-name clothing retailer on the internet---and I think that's very important for an inet company due to the importance of name recognition.

2. BFLY has already signed deals with YHOO and LCOS and rumor has it that they will announce a deal with Geocities soon. Just found out their link on Geocities today, you can check it out yourself.

3. I have been following it since November and checking their site periodically and it seems that they are continuous running out of stock on many item. This could be an indication that their sales have been very strong.

4. The warrant excersize date is Jan. 21st. I believe holiday sales numbers will be out after that. The reason is the self imposed 'quiet period' during the warrant excersize period. A self imposed period of silence for 30 days beginning on the day Ken S. announced that BFLY would call in its o/s warrants. Qutoe from Ken Seiff (CEO of BFLY)...
"Technically speaking, our attorneys have advised us that because
we have called the warrants we are in a "quiet period". It is our
understanding that during a quiet period the company is not prevented
from making announcements in the ordinary course of business, however we must be mindful that the SEC regards any announcements during this
period with particular scrutiny. It is my understanding that the quiet
period ends at the close of business on January 21st, 1999."

Let me know what you think.
