Well I'll go out on a limb and say it's going to Be Excite on a Portal Deal...I watched Bell on Sqwak Box, and he did drop the phrase e-bills. Now this courtesy of the Yahoo Thread.

It would be simple, for example, for Excite to create a Web page that gives consumers their bills for telephone, cable and other services.

usatoday.com

Well as we should all know by now it ain't that simple...UNLESS..that Web page were Powered by Somebody. And there's only one who can do that right now.

IF Excite were to do it like Yesterday, YAHOO, INFOSEEK & LYCOS are going to be jumping on Pete's desk for the very same service for their Millions of EyeBalls. Excite lights the fuse IMO.
