From a few different investment bankers who are close to the company. S-4 in its final drafting stages at the lawyers. Could come out tonight, tomorrow, Friday... Not as if there is any rush. Deal probably comes to market in March. Might do a small private placement at or slightly below the IPO price to raise a few shekels and to validate the price to the public. Buyers will be locked up for one year. My info is probably good, but you never know.
