Gersh, I stopped by my broker's office this morning, and overheard someone getting a margin call because of the net restrictions at Waterhouse. 'No, I'm sorry sir, I know you had plenty of available margin, but Waterhouse has put a 100% margin requirement on these shares, and they'll need to be paid in full'. 'If you can't deliver the money by 3 PM on the (can't recall date) you'll have to sell some of your positions to cover it'--'No sir, I'm sorry there's really nothing I can do'. Oh, the humanity.
