Datek has a free service for account holders called Streamer.

It creates a spreadsheet style Java window that you can input stock symbols in. The window is supposed to show every trade live and real time in a "streaming" mode. For a while they said they would develop a live charting system to work with Streamer, but I haven't seen any updates in months.

If you consider a service outside an online broker for realtime live charts, you might try Casequote. www.casequote.com

It has real time graphs and quotes and is very simple to use.
It costs about $75 a month.
