Well, I'm LONG on SYCR regardless of what the rumors are on REG S. Stock may be forced down a little of course if new shares enter but if things go as planned those new shares may be QUICKLY gobbled up as soon as they enter if I understand things so far. For all you guys/gals that didn't get into SYCR until it was over $1, you should look at HCCA!!!! 2 days ago HCCA was at 14cents and today has hit at one point 35cents. It is currently up 12cents from .19 to .31 and this stock has alot of people suggesting it can easily reach $1 by Feb 6 (I think that's when earnings come out saying how great they've done) and then possibly $3 by early March. You never know but at 30cents you shouldn't lose much if we're wrong since it normally trades around 17-25 cents anyway. Check it out and do your homework. Jim
