Soon there will only be ten DRAM producers, then eventually five. A big shakeout is occurring. There is no way that MU and Samsung will end up with over 50% of the market, you have forgotten LG/Hyundai & NEC which produce a combined 30m units of 64meg per month. Where did you get your info that RDRAM is profitable? It hasn't even moved into volume production yet, anywhere. Manufacturers are balking at adopting Rambus architecture currently they can make more money by moving to DRR etc.

Perhaps you should give 'em a call and tell them what they are missing out on! ;-)
