Charles et al...You can have MMTM threads and PSFT threads. My point is simply that MMTM is developing these products for PSFT to sell. You state that these are different lines of business than PSFT. Only different in that they are PSFT's new lines of business. Thus, PSFT's ongoing success is very closely tied to MMTM's ability to deliver these new technologies/products. And MMTM's success is closely tied to PSFT's ability to market these new products. Keep in mind this was an accounting thing that PSFT did. It's not like you're going to have one company out selling one set of products and MMTM out selling the other. MMTM's customer is PSFT, right? Therefore it looks to me like it's all part of one big solution. I don't think the Lucent/ATT comparison is valid because they companies are both independent organizations with their own sales, development, marketing, etc. infrastructure not Lucent spun off to develop products for AT&T. If I understand MMTM clearly this isn't the case. But like I said two threads is fine with me.
