Rudedog,

You continue to be THE most educated contributor to this thread. Too many think that it is primarily Compaq's consumer line that adds to the bottom line, but you seem to have the insight as to how much the Enterprise can/will contribute. I love the prospects of the CPQ storage story (especially WWW.STORAGE4DELL.COM). I pray that the crown jewel of Digital (i.e., Services) can evolve into a BIG Moneymaker for the New Compaq.

However, now that CPQ is so DARN BIG, I tend to think that 20% annual growth is about all we can expect. Thus, if CPQ is ~50 today, then I can see 60 by Dec '99, 72 by Dec 2000, and ~87 by Dec 2001. With all your technical insight and also using your crystal ball, please convince me I am way too conservative.

P.S. If 50PAQ was held in Houston today, I'll bet the weather wasn't too shabby, eh? Also, these three stocks ain't exactly been DOGs lately... techstocks.com
