James, I have been long on AXC and will remain that way until Maxtor backs out or some other event fundamentally changes AXC's future outlook. The most recent downtrend ( 22 days without an upside close) is trying. One thing that has bothered me since the Maxtor signing is that Maxtor has not publicly announced it use ok KM. It seems like, if you are No.4 or 5 and you lic. a new tech. that you believe will add significantly to your market share by giving you a competive addvantage, that you would want everyone to know about it. Maxtor has been very quiet on KM. I think I will just blow off the afternoon and go play golf.
