Because HIE's solution includes IBM's MSQseries. Marketing the solution creates a selling opportunity for their own product.

This is a non-exclusive agreement. They don't say IBM will sell the solution; they will only provide co-marketing funds. They say HIE will market AND sell. IBM already markets AND sells NEON's solution.

Until I see something official that says IBM will sell HIE's solution, then I say IBM won't be selling HIE's solution.

That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it.
