Bob, from that web site... firms we would want to stay away from for customer service problems Important recent changes: (1) Because of angry customer reviews, we have placed "friendly warnings" on the following brokers: Ameritrade (poor), Suretrade (still problems), E*Trade (many problems), Waterhouse (mixed reviews), and Datek (getting better). Read reviews carefully before opening an account at these firms. (2) Sovereign Securities has changed its name to MyDiscountBroker.com.
