Runner--- you are correct. Also unless the brokerage has an opinion or an analyst following an issue under $10 many brokers are not permitted to rec the issue. Some funds and etc also have the $10 or better rule in their charter as that range supposedly makes an issue more stable. IMO $10+ close and stable is important.
