Ashikin, -i apologize for my rush assessment of the d. wetherell's interview but time was not permitting but i will give you some info. now: -i don't think that CNBC is a very good forum for CMGi because they tend to condense so much in so little time which can be good for getting a general rundown of things BUT i think you would need at least a "movie of the week" for this company -i think the beauty of it was that he knew this so he kept his piece very general and simple - BASICALLY they invest in internet startups, they have a great track record and it's the place to be right now -first, CNBC introduced him by describing his astonishing financial success with GCTY and LCOS -he then spoke of the viral concept whereby growth feeds apon growth using CMGi's ancestry.com investment as an example and noting their huge growth rates for that site (i can't remember the figure) - he said that if that growth kept up, it would be as large as GCTY in no time -he then gave statistics on how fast the web was growing and how much more time people were spending online which didn't appear to be directly related to the company but he made this point when asked his opinion of the internet's high prices - i really don't know why they would ask him this - i mean what is he going to say, that he thinks that AMZN's price is too high and that he would like to short it! -there was a mention of their latest investment fund #3 but my memory fails me on what was said - did he mention MSFT? -i feel the interview went well for the amount of time that is allotted to these clips but i don't believe there was any mention of the other major things on the go such as Engage/Accipter, NaviSite/NaviNet, PlanetDirect etc. - no mention of ipo's for the near future it went well but IMO print is a better medium than the fast pace of CNBC to describe CMGi - anyone, feel free to correct me or add to what i may have missed, m
