Jack, Good to hear from you!Investing to me has taking the same kind of love I once had for football.This game is a little different in that it's never over until you say it is and if you have time on your side and some good reserves (kind of like football)you will be in good shape.My only deal now is I'm 85% invested at this point the reserves are getting thin so I'm sitting tight.MRVC is in the sock draw for now I'll pull it back out in 6 months or so,looking forward to it.
