Zeb Man, You've made several excellent points about this company in your posts. It's good to see some other people joining this thread that share the same perspective on this company. If we all spread the word a bit, I'm sure this company/thread will begin to pick up some major steam. It's actually surprising that it hasn't been noticed before as much, but I believe today's news release is just the beginning of many good things to come.

Got some info back from the company today (courtesy of Mr. Fortune and his sister) that the company has plans for a NASDAQ listing within the next two months or so. In the meantime, they are now working towards becoming publicly reporting by the Q1 and to improve their cash position which isn't too bad as it is. In fact, from what I gather, the cash position is really the only thing the company is concerned with at present, and once they find other sources to raise capital, NASDAQ will be just around the corner. They are looking at an IPO of between $5.00-$10.00. I wouldn't be surprised to see ELBD move in a hurry by sometime in late February or early March when other major PR announcements are expected to be made.

As for tomorrow's share price, I won't predict because of the volatile action with I-net's today in general. I don't think we'll see share price below $3.40 though.

P.S. Last minute edit: Just got an e-mail back from the company. It's a copy of today's news release and the address and location of IR firm in Vancouver. Interesting to see that they are using a Canadian company for this purpose, but what the hell. It's good to see that at least they respond to their e-mails and take our inquiries seriously.
