FORGET ABOUT THE REG. S SHARES! They needed 400,000 shares to buy a company and used the Reg. S option. They filed the whole damn thing in EDGAR! It was a smart thing to do. I don't like Reg. S shares, but if they are used properly, it's not a concern. The earnings report is out on the 15th or so, and we will know if the company has seriously diluted the shares - WHICH I THINK IS CRAZY! Everyone's running around like a bunch of crazy chickens. RELAX and focus on the product. I will not participate in a crazy forum of freaked out investors. First, you let Pluto and the gang screw with your minds, now this, than that. 99% are going to sell way to soon, I can tell that already. (not to you Jim)
