OK that'l work for me, if it's the stock exchange or the broker
or the SEC..adds up to about the same result..problem with
waterhouse is more margin ( but they don't make clear which
ones ) and on those listed you can't trade via the net, but have
to call in, and u guessed it the phones are jammed.

Bottom line is the more resent decline has been almost across the
board, and is very likely connected some people having to much
margin and having to sell, ( in the long run that could be good )
as if they get margin to much, and a sell down comes then they
could have to sell twice as much to make the requirement.
