Why is it strange for NOW to support Clinton?

I guess it boils down to three questions:

1) Is it OK for a man to cheat on his wife?

2) Is it OK for a man in a position of power to sexually proposition ("harass" is what the inevitable lawsuit calls it) subordinate women?

and, if either of 1 or 2 are "no",

3) Is it hypocritical for an organization that promotes equality for women to support someone who allegedly cheats on his wife and sexually harasses women just because they agree with his politics when they called for the head of someone accused of a similar misdeed who's politics did not match their own, keeping in mind that the charges against the former have been admitted (at least in part) to be true while the charges against the latter were never proven?
