Sounds like a great idea Albert. There should be different classifications for different type of investors. Daytraders should be able to get these rules "bent" in their favour. A decent compromise would be to sign a legal document stating they do not wish to have their trades checked by a broker. Those who don't sign, get it checked. I would most certainly do this.
