Marc, flat panels, I need some help from you and the thread via
the Dell/Nine release today on digital flat panels.....
Didn't you post some information on this somewhere, if so,
could you re-post?
Thread's comments would be appreciate on the following:
1. I am sort of "floored" by all the interest in the Nine product
today since didn't Dell essentially re-release Nine's previous
annoucement? So I guess people just take a few press releases
to really react, not the first one. Nuts.
2. What is so great about the Nine offering? SGI makes the panel. ATI has better cards for driving the flat panel directly (digitally) since they have been targeting this, and Voodoo3 will also with better resolution than the Nine product plus the raw speed of the Voodoo3. So what is the big deal? It looks like people think flat panels only work with Nine products? Maybe we can get Jason to
release some of the old press releases.... again ;-) Yeah,
that's the ticket, I think that's what we need, redundant press releases, people don't see them the first time ... LOL
3. We got to get a Dell press release, it does wonders for
your stock price. (Guess I can't really joke about this,
Dell clearly needs to be targeted for OEM wins with Voodoo3.
Didn't someone ask what it would take to get to $30?)
