"Filing this S-3 is simpler than trying to assist our investors with preparing Form 144 papers whenever they want to sell some of their stock, and decreases the amount of frustration and paperwork our investors need to deal with."

Sounds like a good reason............., but I doubt it.

Fact 1: S3 - Filed shares are not dilutive. That's good.
Fact 2: The appearance just along with the current upswing.
That's strange, very strange....., but too early
to speculate.
Fact 3: Tracking of insider blocks will be more difficult in the
future. That's bad.
Fact 4: No person listed owns more shares than a half day Volume....
That's good

Let's concentrate on today's action. The only question I have
in the moment is: How many more days with 1,6 !! MIO shares Volume
we will need to wash out this fu.....ing overhead between 8 - 9,5 ??

2 days ? 5 days ? 100 days ? Will see...

To be honest: As a newbie I would only buy if the stock passes 10 $ and not one second before. If it pass 10 $, watch out...
