Harv, ya might just have something here. Horiba (6856) jumped +55 to 1,190 on the Nikkei this afternoon (9pm here in Japan). Little news about the joint biz talk on Reuters Japan but it may be good for a play. Why so high on the volume for DCHT yesterday?
