Chris,

<<I hate to say this, but historically, most companies that delays
the announcement of its earnings report is usually sign of
something negative (in the report).

Does not anyone share the same opinion?>>

I share your opinion in that many times this is true. It is possible that the good folks at NAVR understand the importance of the two issues and how they may intertwine and had to wait to get their "ducks in a row". You don't actually think that the IPO is completely done and they are just sitting on the information. This stuff takes time.

<<NOW A WORD ON THE SPECULATIVE NATURE OF THIS THREAD
WHICH DISGUSTS ME.>>

It IS speculation...that's why we are all here. If you don't like it, go somewhere else. No one, including you, knows exactly what is going to happen. Unless of course you work for NAVR.

<<There are also people who post and say that you'll "miss" the boat
if you don't buy while it's cheap now. These are people who are
desperate in finding buyers in this stock, because they probably
bought in at 17 or 18 on margin, and are losing money.>>

I am one of those people who believes that it's a good time to buy. I am however, not desperate to sell, didn't buy on margin, and am going to wait until the IPO is announced. Now who is speculating???

<<* REALITY CHECK: I AM CERTAIN THAT THIS IPO ANNOUCEMENT WON'T BE
WITH THE EARNINGS REPORT.

WHY?

BECAUSE if you have good news to tell someone, wouldn't you be
more eager to tell someone soonear than later?>>

Like I said earlier, this stuff takes time. The truth is that the chances of an IPO announcement are as good to be announced as they are to not be announced. No one including yourself is certain.

Keep the faith..

Dave
