Dear Anthony:

The capital structure of NXTL is a problem for any buyout hopes. Mc Caw owns too much stock and will have too be dealt with. The acquiring company will also have to absorb a lot of debt and therefore will have to have a pretty clean balance sheet or very high debt rating to absorb and upgrade the debt.

Is NXTL still cash flow positive- has anyone seen any recent numbers and if not when are they due to be released?
