Kermi,

Call 619-679-1504 and talk to the CFO or shareholder relats. & get the outstanding # of shares. There is an error in the registration of 1-15-97 which the co. will be correcting. There is mention of a default on a lease of 5 million. This should be $ 500,000.00 and is a contract on some equipment for manufacturing, which could not perform per quoted specs. This default should be able to be settled @ minimal, if any, cost to the co.. These comments were made by B. Root @ the annual shareholder's meeting. Management recognizes the need to be able to have Lanier or Sanyo publicly address the details of the OEM agreements. Let's see if this is something they can accomplish over the near term. This is not hype but probably could be a statement of current projections of anticipated sales by those contracting with Norris. More is appearing in the trade journals about the MMX technology with specific references to voice-to-text recognition software greatly benefitting from MMX. Philips continues to lose market share in Europe in their consumer electronics division to Japanese manufacturers. The Sanyo agreement with NCI will probably include their European division as well as Sanyo UK and Sanyo Japan. This has to be putting additional pressure on Philips to look at what NCI has to offer and what Sanyo has bought into. For all of you who now regret not selling @ 1 or greater I wonder what comments you'll be voicing when NCII revisits previous recent highs and quickly surpasses it. Remember Snowman's lamentations for not selling @ .75. Many posting here seem to be going through similar grieving and self-indictments and probably haven't spent the time required to review the 1-15-97 filing and gather the facts as put forth by the co.. <<
