Francois; on INNI, maybe the 11 million "trading" shares is correct, but nowhere in our research did we find such info./ Maybe 20 million shares are still restricted, but the earnings will always reflect a total of 31M shares being used as the total float for computation of earnings per share. This, in turn will directly effect the P/E of the stock, and thus, the current stock price. If the "true" float was 11M, the stock would probably be trading @ $3 -$4 per share....it's worrisome....we'll check out FRTI and MDIH...regard, sw
