Maybe you just answered your question. I believe you will find that they are aligning their costs and revenue structures. This is good for the bottom line, and will ultimatly be good for the stock price. Remember that a reverse split is coming with a very quick move to the NASDAQ bulletin board. That may also explain the movement.
