Well we know we have a company that is focused on moving towards truly meaningful sales. The leasing agreement and the fact that a form 10 will soon be filed serve as proof. It may be that we will see more news soon or it might be that we simply have formed a base above fifty cents from which the stock will be able to move higher. Time will tell, but I'm happy to see the action today myself. Regards, Jeff
