I've just started looking into IOMG after hearing all the fuss.
I'm not long or short this stock, but I'd put my money on the bears.
IOMG is at 100 pe? That's pretty high. But there's worse: hasn't anybody thought about price to book ratio? By my calculation Price/Book is about 50! Iomega is a manufacturer and book value means something.

There's no question the zip and the jaz are great products and Iomega
may be an excellent company. But, does it take a genius to
make a disk drive? Iomega is making lots of money because they're
first, but what happens when the competition shows up? There will be a price war and those fat profits will shrink back to normal.

How come nobody talks about the effect of new competion on IOMG margins and Return on Equity?
