Since VSIO was just downgraded by 2 firms, one of which was ML,

and since VSIO just announced results which met ML's estimates for the quarter in BOTH EPS and REVENUE, something is up. I do not know for sure what it is, but I bet it is more than a whim. I suspect that they are concerned with 2nd half revenue.

I went to the ML website and could find nothing new.
