Dear Charles; Please dont get so HUFFY! The issue is important in that if HDIE had access to the IBM sales force that would really be a biggie. The announcement is positive for HDIE in any event. The squabble is only over HOW POSITIVE. I happen to fall on the side of a COOP agreement based upon my experience of reviewing these things as an Audit Partner but obviously I am not a lawyer and not a marketing person. In fact, since I retired 8 years ago, I guess you could say I am just a BUM. JDN
