But they're not both on the boards ... the final price is uncertain ... if they exchange yesterday's close (I don't know about today) , you LOSE 50 cents per share for each Zulu (about 17% for math tyros) ... I have stated my belief that it is dangerous to hold a substantially-higher-than-ESVS Zulu overnight if there is a possibility that the conversion will be crystallized before the next trading day ... that would be what you would call a Gap Down while you slept ... if they would promise to give a couple days notice before conversion and after approval of the merger, of course that would eliminate the concern for shareholders now blowing in the wind (as usual) ... I haven't seen such an undertaking ...
