I thought about that. While it will certainly dilute the base, it is still a better way to raise capital. Well, obviously, the best is to be funded by cashflow generated from operations, but it is also obvious PCS is not at that stage yet.

Additionally, in a way, it demonstrates the pricing power of the stock. In that sense, it is no difference from many cos issuing stocks for acquisition purposes
