Wade Cook Bull/Put Spread option 60 Feb. The play that may have impacted the precipitous 66-61 decline could have been caused by W.Cook trainees on his recommendation around 1/20/99. I charted 3 resistance levels in 1998 at 58. The volume of April, July, and November suggest to me a new support level at 58.
