I know this is the CPQ thread, but do all you folks really use Compaq's ?? Yes I own a Compaq Presario 9564 tower and Presario 1625 laptop. The tower is old and has very heavy use by three people. We burned out the modem last year and replaced it. It has a number of attachments including a scanner, and runs very well, thank you. Oh, I had a problem with the monitor shortly after I got it. Service guy came to the house in a bad snow storm picked it up, fixed it, and returned it. No charge. The laptop is new and I haven't used it much to be honest. NW
