" Can you or anyone tell me why Mr. Mcallister would say hold at $3.07? Why not recommend hold at the recent price of ~$3.73?? Or does this meen even if the price drops to 3.07 it's a hold? I don't know about you, but I find this confusing. If I were someone paying for this advice I wouldn't know what to do now. Maybe I would sell and buy back at 3.07, assuming it drops to that level again....
