Pancho... I agree with you entirely about who will be the money makers on the Internet. I have gained considerable value this past year from my long investments in CPQ, CSCO, MSFT (although I do not consider MSFT an Internet company yet),HWP, INTC, EMC and INTC. Now adding T (AT&T.) I know I would have made more investing in AMZN and the rest of them but I would have not slept well and I would have to have been glued to the "screen." Not my idea of retirement. In the longer term when bandwidth is readily available, I believe todays portals will become the new desktop. A really good article from today's News.com is worth reading for anyone considering long term investing in the Internet. news.com Have a great sabbatical. Regards Bob T.
