All-in-all, I feel very good about the numbers....It looks like the businesses of TASA (not counting Elley because I don't have numbers)should increase revenues by about 20-25% in the coming year....now that the expenses are being fully charged, I believe the net income from this increased revenue will be a much higher percentage of the revenue than has happened so far....I believe that TASA is now entering the "gravy" part of the revenue stream....so profitability looks likely to experience a sharp rise from here....additionally, if I take the stockholder equity of $6,525,840 and divide it by 11,269,120 (the number of shares after the Warnock issuance), I get a stockholder equity of $.579/share which is above the current stock price, this indicates to me ( remember, I'm not a pro at this)that there is quite strong downside support in the market price from here....So, I got into this company as a turn-around play and their performance in the last 5 Quarters has been consistently improving....I see nothing in this annual report that changes my mind about this being a good long-term prospect....my initial estimate of this stock tripling within 5 years is still my estimate.....my guess is $3.50/share (pre-split)by 4 years from now.
