Received a call from Invester Relations today. Here's the story: uBid was disappointed in ML's short term neutral, long term buy. They feel that they deserve better. There's been no news because everything they had a limited period between quiet periods (post IPO and pre-earnings)and will be coming out with their news along with earnings. Appeared to be happy about earnings announcement and concerned about the fluctuation downward of the stock. Said that they do not understand it, and that they believe very strongly in what they are doing and their success at it. All in all, very upbeat and, although he could not provide details, suggested that uBid is doing great and that earnings will speak for themselves. SHG
