David,

I would be happier to see a few nice strategic
ventures than a buyout. What I see happening is
a 150 Billion dollar Wireless co. being #1 in
the group (a British Co.). Who will be the #2
international wireless company? AT&T Wireless,
which I expect to have Lucent-like market effect
when it spins off, is purely U.S. + so is Sprint
PCS. Nextel will easily be the #2 International
Wireless Co., unless others invest heavily and
quickly.
