Thanks for the info. In reality if you lost the certs wouldn't there be record and they could be reproduced? Same with someone stealing them. I would think it would be the same as someone stealing your blank checks and forging your signature. Although a hassle you are not on the hook since the bank or financial institution accepted transaction off a signature that wasn't yours. Thoughts?
