jeffy boy , i will make this one exception & speak to you w/o your attorney you fool heart guy. this DEFAULT before me clearly states that this action was "ENTERED" on "JANUARY 13, 1999", now the judge sign to enforce it & FEDERAL MARSHALLS WILL SEIZE ASSETS. the summons was issued 17 nov., as of 18 dec, these defendants were in default. as of 13 jan, the default was entered. in 3 -10 days, it will be enforced. now worry about your own case! spider
