Merg, I did as well. Now here is an honest question for you. I had just assumed that they were buys and still think they were but when they givee a news alert it reads something like "block trade alert : 300,000 share block crossed by Merril Lynch today" or something like that. My question is, How do you know if it was a buy, sell or simply a cross of shares between brokerage houses. I have seen brokerage houses do that when they are short shares.
