Well, I just talked to Paul...i asked him what was the reason for the revese split...he replied we had a meeting and decided this was the way to go and we want to attract better investors by having a higher share price...this guy is a certified meatslapper...he just has no clue...i asked him if he seen the price today...he goes...yea...but its only temperary till the reverse takes affect...i guess we are scum to them cause they want better investors, not us penny pinchers... he told me ponderosa deal is a no-go, but said we will see news within 30 days and he said it will be good news...i said is it a deal...and he said yes..i said what is it...he says there working on it..to me he seems so inept that he probably thought this split thing was a great idea and now has no clue why the stock is a quarter...here is his phone number...call this jerkoff up and see if you guys can get better answers 770-937-0960 Sam
