Oil at $12.55, OSX up 2.12...Missed oportunities in small cap OS service stocks...good buys here..since they usually lag the market by a day or two...as InterNUTS count their losses over the next few days...and with Ralph being bearish on Internet sector this morning...look for SMALL CAP to catch up in a couple days...Same thing happens in other sectors, such as, Techs and Internet, Drugs...
